Double Baked Potatoes with Sizzle Cream Cheese

Prep: Cream Cheese: 10 min. Baked Potatoes: 15 min.
Cook 1 1/2 hours


Ingredients
Sizzle Cream Cheese:
1 250g brick of Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Sizzle Sauce
4 baking potatoes
Grated cheese for topping


Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Wash potatoes and poke with fork or knife
Place on baking sheet and bake for 1 hour (turning after 30 minutes)
While potatoes are baking, make the Sizzle Cream Cheese
In food processor add Sizzle Sauce and cream cheese
Mix until smooth
When potatoes are done, slice lengthwise and scoop out most of the potatoes
Add it to a bowl with the Sizzle Cream Cheese
Mix well
Add mixture to the potatoes skins, top with grated cheese
Return to the oven for 20-30 minutes
