Shepherd's Pie

1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 diced clove of garlic
3 tbsp. Sizzle Sauce
1/2 cup frozen corn
Salt & pepper to taste
5 potatoes
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp. butter

Cook corn according to package, drain and set aside
Fry up ground beef on medium heat
When done, reduce heat and add the chopped onion, diced garlic and Sizzle Sauce
Stir into ground beef and then transfer to baking dish
Spread the corn on top
Wash. peel and cut potatoes
Bring water to a boil and cook potatoes until soft
Drain potatoes, return to pot and add yogurt and butter
Mash and then spread on top of ground beef
Preheat oven to 375 and bake Shepherd’s Pie for 20 minutes or until top is golden
