Vegan Pulled Tofu

Cook 30 minutes

1 340g package of extra firm tofu
1 tbsp. sunflower oil
3/4 cup Sizzle Sauce
1/4 cup water
Slider buns or iceberg lettuce

Preheat oven to 350
Grate tofu into a bowl using a cheese grater
Add in oil and Sizzle Sauce 
Stir well
Transfer tofu to baking sheet lined with parchment paper
spread evenly and cook for 30 minutes-stir after 15 minutes
Serve on slider bun or lettuce wrap
